Description AFFONSO CELSO PASTORE (70) was elected as an Independent Board Member in 2002. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of S?o Paulo and a PhD in Economics from the same university. Affonso Celso Pastore is also Professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro and an independent economics advisor.
