Al Ross
Description Mr. Ross, age 46, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2006, served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from December 2004 to January 2006, served as Executive Vice President of the Company from January 2003 to December 2004 and served as Senior Vice President of the Company from May 2002 to January 2003. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Bank Southeast from May 2001 to January 2006. Mr. Ross has served as a Director of Colony Bank since 2004 and previously served as a Director at Colony Bank Southeast, Ashburn, Worth and Quitman charters until the Company merger in August 2008. He presently serves as an advisory board member of Colony Bank Douglas, Sylvester, Ashburn and Quitman offices since 2008.
