Description Alain Thieffry, 54, has been a director since September 2002. Mr. Thieffry has served as President of the Executive Board of Holding Wilson, S.A. since February 2002. He has been an executive officer of Holding Wilson, S.A. since 1984. Since 2003, Mr. Thieffry has also served as Chief Executive Officer of DeRoche, S.A., wholly-owned subsidiary of Holding Wilson, S.A.
