Alan Bernikow
Description Alan S. Bernikow has been a director since June 29, 2003. Mr. Bernikow has served as Senior Advisor of Barington Capital Group, L.P. since November 2006. From 1998 until his retirement in May 2003, Mr. Bernikow was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he was responsible for assisting the firm on special projects such as firm mergers and acquisitions, litigation matters and partner affairs. Mr. Bernikow joined Touche Ross, the predecessor firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP, in 1977, prior to which Mr. Bernikow was the National Administrative Partner in Charge for the accounting firm of J.K. Lasser & Company. Mr. Bernikow is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Revlon, Inc.; a member of the Board of Directors of Revlon Consumer Products Corporations; and a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Mack-Cali. Mr. Bernikow is also a director and serves as Chairman of the audit committees of certain funds (the ''UBS Funds'') for which UBS Global Asset Management (US) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UBS AG, or one of its affiliates (''UBS''), serves as investment advisor, sub-advisor or manager.
