Description Michael K. Matysik, age 51, has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since September 2005. Mr. Matysik previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for Quinton from April 2002 to August 2005. From May 2001 to November 2001, Mr. Matysik was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DMX Music, a global media and technology company. From September 1996 to April 2001, Mr. Matysik was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AEI Music Network, Inc., also a global media and technology company. Mr. Matysik holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
