Alan Douglas Horn
Description Alan D. Horn, resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and has been a director of RCI and Chairman of the Board since March 2006. Mr. Horn was Acting President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2008 to March 2009. Mr. Horn has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited, a Rogers family holding company, since March 2006. Mr. Horn served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited from 1990 to 1996 and was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 1996 to March 2006. He is also a director of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, CCL Industries Inc. and March Networks Corporation. Mr. Horn is a Chartered Accountant.
