Description Alan Hassenfeld, Chairman of the Board of Hasbro, Inc. from 1989 to 2008. Prior to May 2003, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1999. Prior thereto, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since 1989. Director of salesforce.com, inc. Mr. Hassenfeld began his 40 year career at Hasbro in 1970, and held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales for both domestic and international operations for the Company. He became Vice President of International Operations in 1972 and later served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and then Executive Vice President, prior to being named President of the Company in 1984 and President and Chief Executive Officer in 1989.
