Alan Rosenberg
Description Alan Rosenberg served as a director of the Company since March 17, 2000. He is currently a technology consultant focused on working with government clients. Mr. Rosenberg had served as the Chief Information Officer for the City of New York's Department of Small Business Services. Prior to that, he was a Director in the Office of the CIO for the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications for the City of New York. He also served as the Deputy Director of Management Information Systems (MIS) for the City of New York, Office of the Mayor. Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate from Polytechnic Institute of New York University with a MS in the Management of Technology and holds a BA from The Ohio State University.
