Description Alan A. Teran, age 63, has served as a Good Times director since 1994. He is a member of the Audit, Compensation and Special Committees. Additionally, Mr. Teran has been a Director of Morton's of Chicago since 1993. Mr. Teran is currently a principal in multiple private restaurants. Mr. Teran served as president of Cork & Cleaver from 1975 - 1981 and served as a Director for Boulder Valley National Bank and Charlie Brown's Restaurants. He was one of the first franchisees of Le Peep Restaurants. Mr. Teran graduated from the University of Akron in 1968 with a degree in business.
