Description Alan C. Winduss has served as a director and as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since June 2000. From July 1979 to the present, Mr. Winduss has served as director of Winduss & Associates Pty Ltd, an accounting firm in Western Australia, which specializes in commercial accounting, corporate finance and management.
