Description Albert J. Melfi (Age 57) joined the Bank in November 2006 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Corporation and the Bank. Prior to joining DNB, Mr. Melfi had been employed as a Regional Vice President with Commerce Bank, PA, N.A. In that position, he had dual responsibilities, including managing the lending function for the bank in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and overseeing a retail branch region consisting of 12 branches.
