Description Jairo Burgos de la Espriella was born in 1965. He has been the Vice President of Human Resources since 1998. Since 1990, he has held several positions in the Bank's Human Resources Department. Previously, Mr. Burgos de la Espriella held positions as Legal Director of the Compania del Teleferico a Montserrate S.A. from 1987 to 1989 and of the Fundacion San Antonio de la Arquidiocesis de Bogota from 1989 to 1990. Mr. Burgos de la Espriella graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (PUJ) Law School in Bogota, obtained post graduate degrees in Corporate Law and Labor Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Masters degree in Science of Management from the Arthur D.
