Description Alejandro San Miguel has been our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since November 2007. Mr. San Miguel was a partner at the law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP, one of GLG?s principal outside law firms, from 2001 until November 2007. He joined the law firm in 1996 from Thacher Profitt & Wood LLP where he worked since 1993. Mr. San Miguel received a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
