Description Alex Dillard, 60, is President of Dillard's, Inc., has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since 1975 and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the Directors (the Executive Committee). Mr. Dillard has been involved in virtually every aspect of operations and merchandising for the Company for over 37 years and previously served as Executive Vice President of the Company. He has served as a Director for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Foundation Fund, Philander Smith College and board member for Union Bank and Worthen Bank in Little Rock and First National Bank of Ft.
