Description Mr. Alex Ho has been our Treasurer, Secretary and one of our directors since September 15, 2005. Mr. Ho is also currently the Vice-Chairman of Pacific Assets Public Company Limited, a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Mr. Ho was the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Assets Group from 1999 to 2005 when he was promoted to Vice Chairman. The Pacific Assets Group is engaged in the business of hotel property investment and property management. Mr. Ho was a graduate from Operating Management of British Columbia Institute of Technology, Canada in 1978. Mr. Ho is not an officer or director of any reporting company.
