Alexander Esterhazy
Description Alexander G. Esterhazy has been a Director of CEL-SCI since December 1999 and has been an independent financial advisor since November 1997. Between July 1991 and October 1997, Mr. Esterhazy was a senior partner of Corpofina S.A. Geneva, a firm engaged in mergers, acquisitions and portfolio management. Between January 1988 and July 1991, Mr. Esterhazy was a managing director of DG Bank in Switzerland. During this period Mr. Esterhazy was in charge of the Geneva, Switzerland branch of the DG Bank, founded and served as vice president of DG Finance (Paris) and was the President and Chief Executive officer of DG-Bourse, a securities brokerage firm.
