Alexander Walker
Description Alexander H. Walker III, has served as Director and Secretary since August 2007 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 2007 to July 2008. Since March of 2003, Mr. Walker has been actively involved in the management of Hidden Splendor, acting as its Vice President. Prior to March of 2003, Mr. Walker was engaged in the practice of law focusing primarily in the areas of general business litigation and securities. Mr. Walker is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Nevada Bar Association. He is also the chair of the Mining Committee of the Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law Section of the Utah State Bar, a member of the board of directors of the South East Utah Energy Producers Association and has served as the co-chair of the board of the Western Energy Training Center.
