Description Alfonse M. D'Amato has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2005. Senator D'Amato is the Managing Director of Park Strategies LLC, the Manhattan andWashington, D.C.-based business consulting firm he started in 1999. He also serves on the Board of Directors of CATM (formerly Computer Associates). Senator D'Amato served as a United States Senator for New York for 18 years, from 1981 to 1999, during which time he served as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs and as a member of the Senate Finance Committee.
