Description On July 26, 2010, the Board of Directors of Praxair, Inc. elected Oscar de Paula Bernardes a director of Praxair. Bernardes was chief executive officer of Bunge lnternational from 1997 to 1999. Since 2003, Bernardes has been a managing partner at Integra Assessoria em Neg?cios Ltda. in S?o Paulo, Brazil, which provides consulting services on financial restructuring and governance as well as interim management in turnaround situations. Prior to joining Bunge, he was senior vice president and managing partner for Latin America with Booz Allen and Hamilton, Inc. and prior to that, operations director in Brazil for Ferro Corporation.
