Alfredo MacLaughlin
Description Mr. MacLaughlin became a member of the board of directors of Edenor in 2010. He is a licensed attorney and practiced as Counsel at the Argentine law firm of C?rdenas, Cassagne. In addition, Mr. MacLaughlin served as Secretary of Finance of the Republic of Argentina from December 2005 until December 2006, and has held various other business and finance positions, including that of Executive Member of Banco Hipotecario Nacional, President of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Argentina, Secretary General of the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires, and Director of Telef?nica de Argentina S.A.
