Description Ms. Charlton joined the Company as Assistant Controller in October 2000, became Corporate Controller in May 2003, and was promoted to Vice President in March 2008. From February 1995 to October 2000, Ms. Charlton held various accounting and finance positions with CKE Restaurants, Inc., a company that franchises, licenses, and operates several restaurant chains. From July 1991 to February 1995, Ms. Charlton held various auditing positions with KPMG Peat Marwick. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
