Allan Bridgford
Description Allan L. Bridgford has served as Senior Chairman of the Board since March of 2006. From March of 1995 through March of 2006, Mr. Bridgford served as Chairman of the Board. He has been an employee of the Company since 1957, and reduced his work schedule to 80% in March of 2000 and 60% in March of 2005. Mr. Bridgford?s base compensation was reduced by the same percentage as his work schedule reduction. Mr. Bridgford has also served as a member of the Executive Committee since 1972.
