Allan Gilmour
Description Allan D. Gilmour, age 75 Director since 1995, Mr. Gilmour is the retired Vice Chairman of Ford Motor Company, an automobile and automotive components manufacturer. He was Vice Chairman of Ford Motor Company from November 1992 until his initial retirement in January 1995 and returned to Ford Motor Company as Vice Chairman from May 2002 until his retirement in February 2005. Mr. Gilmour received his B.A. in economics from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. In addition to his service on the Company?s Board of Directors, he is a director of Universal Technical Institute, Inc. and a director or trustee of many community and professional organizations.
