Allan Griebenow
Description Allan Griebenow has served as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 1999. He founded Prism Video, Inc. in 1993 and was Chief Executive Officer of Prism Video, Inc. from 1994 to July 1999. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Griebenow was President, CEO and a Director of Vortech Data Inc., a pioneer in the medical imaging networking (PACS) space which was sold to Eastman Kodak and became Kodak Health Imaging Systems. Earlier he was with Satellite Systems Engineering, Ford Aerospace, and Satellite Business Systems. Mr. Griebenow has spent the past thirty years in telecommunications-based advanced applications. He started his career in 1979 as a Presidential Management Intern with NASA?s Office of Aeronautics and Space Technology.
