Allan Tessler
Description Mr. Tessler served as our Chief Executive Officer from February 2000 until June 2, 2004, and has served as Chairman of the Board since May 1994. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Financial Group, Inc., an international merchant banking firm, since 1987. Previously, he was Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Data Corporation (formerly Data Broadcasting Corporation), a securities market data supplier, from June 1992 through February 2000. Mr. Tessler was co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Enhance Financial Services, Inc., a public insurance holding company from 1986 through 2001, and was Chairman of the Board of Great Dane Holdings Inc., a private diversified holding company, from 1987 through December 1996. He presently is a director of Limited Brands, Inc. and TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hudson Institute and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
