Description Allen Hafizi, age 47, currently serves as Senior Vice President, Loan Service Manager. Mr. Hafizi joined the Bank in August of 2006. Prior to joining Los Padres Bank, Mr. Hafizi was employed for four years at Pacific State Bank as Vice President, Note Department Manager, CRA and Lending Compliance officer.
