
Description The primary investment policy of Class D is to allocate funds in various non- traditional alternative investment Funds, primarily applying an equities neutral strategy. Other strategies may include but are not limited to: Long / short equities, Convertible arbitrage, Merger arbitrage, Fixed income arbitrage, Event driven and special situation, statistical arbitrage. The Portfolio Managers trade in a broad range of financial instruments, which may include US and European equities, bonds, financial futures, and options on any of the foregoing. The portfolio managers and / or Funds selected for Class D currently manage an aggregate of over 20 billion US$ in similar strategies. Cla ss D is designed to be a unique non-directional program, non-correlated to traditional asset classes. Some current holdings are closed to new investment.
