Description William H. Henderson, age 47, has served as a director since September 2002 and as Vice Chairman of our board of directors since May 2004. Mr. Henderson has also served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2007 and as our President from May 2002 until October 2007. From 1999 until May 2002, Mr. Henderson served as Chief Operating Officer of our wholly owned operating subsidiary. From 1992 until 1998, Mr. Henderson served as General Manager of our wholly owned operating subsidiary. From 1987 until 1992, Mr. Henderson primarily held positions of District Manager and Regional Manager of our wholly owned operating subsidiary. Mr. Henderson?s qualifications to serve on the board include his more than 20 years of experience with our company and his in-depth knowledge of our company and its operations.
