Anello Garefino
Description Mr. Anello C. Garefino was appointed Chief Financial Officer on January 12, 2009. He has been employed by us in various executive capacities for more than the past five years. Mr. Garefino, a certified public accountant, was appointed Vice President-Finance on September 13, 2004 and prior to that served as Vice President Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since June 1993. From 1987 to January 1990, Mr. Garefino was Corporate Controller of Exide Corporation. Mr. Garefino earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rider University in 1969.
