Description Since August 2005, Ms. Fu has served as Assistant President of the Company. Ms. Fu has worked for China Merchants DiChain Group, which is the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company since October, 2002. Since July 2006, she has served as the secretary of the Company, and she also served as the secretary of China Technology Global Corporation since July 2006.
