Description Mr. Ralph D. Macali. Mr. Macali was elected to the Board of Directors in 2001. Mr. Macali is a resident of, and part owner of various businesses within Trumbull County. Mr. Macali is the Vice President of Palmer J. Macali, Inc., which owns and operates a Giant Eagle retail grocery supermarket, a partner in P.M.R.P. Partnership which owns commercial and residential real estate and a partner in Macali Family Limited Partnership which owns various retail stores. Mr. Macali?s professional background and experience in business administration, accounting, real estate management, retail operational management, marketing and risk management lends much support to the needed oversight of the Bank?s presence in Trumbull County as well and the products and services offered by the Bank to deal with those markets versus the competition. In addition, Mr. Macali?s guidance on wealth management and investments as part of the Board?s oversight roll is valuable to the Bank?s various business functions.
