Zan Guerry
Description Mr. Guerry became our chairman of the board and chief executive officer in June 1990. Previously, he served as our vice president and chief financial officer from 1980 until 1983, as executive vice president from 1983 to 1990, as president of Chattem Consumer Products from 1989 to 1994, as chief operating officer from 1989 to 1990 and as president from 1990 to 1998.
