Zeev Vurembrand
Description Zeev Vurembrand has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since March 2008. From September 2007 to February 2008, Mr. Vurembrand served as the Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer of The Phoenix Holding Ltd., and as the Chief Executive Officer of the Phoenix Investment and Finance Ltd. From 2002 to 2007 Mr. Vurembrand served as the Chief Executive Officer (and as the Chairman of the board of directors of various subsidiaries) of Clalit Health Services Group. Mr. Vurembrand also serves as a director and the chairman of the balance sheet committee of Israel Discount Bank Ltd., and as a director in U-Bank in Israel. Mr. Vurembrand holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion (the Israeli Institute of Technology).
