Mr. Zhang served as Executive Director and Vice President of China Mobile Limited, Vice President of China Mobile Group, Director of China Mobile Communication Co., Ltd., Assistant to the President of China Mobile Group, Director General of the Inner Mongolia Posts and Telecommunications Administration Bureau, Deputy Director General of the Office of the MPT. He is also Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. Mr. Zhang has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
