Description Mr. Li Jun, age 48, was appointed the Company?s Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. He has served on the Company?s Board of Directors since October 2006. Mr. Li has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Dalian Dongtai since 1998. From 1982 to 1993, he was employed by Dalian Vacuum Flask Factory and Dalian Yili International Chemical Co. Ltd as its Director of Technology and Chief Production Manager. Mr. Li graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1982, majoring in environmental engineering.
