Zhang Fang
Description Mr. Zhang Zi Fang is a Director, the Party Secretary and an Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Zhang graduated with a master degree of Business Administration from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, EMBA Major. Mr. Zhang is a senior expert of political science. Mr. Zhang served as the Deputy Commissar and subsequently the Commissar of the Pilot Corps of China Northern Airlines Company, and later on the Party Secretary of the Jilin Branch. He served as General Manager of Dalian Branch of CSAHC Northern Airlines and Director of Political Department of CSAHC. He also served as the Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Company. He has been an Executive Vice President of the Company since December 2007 and has been the Party Secretary of the Company since February 2009. Mr. Zhang is also the Vice President of SACM.
