Zheng Wang
Description Zhengyi Wang has served as Executive Director of our subsidiary Kunming Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Importation and Exportation Co., Ltd. (?Import/Export?) since November 2005, and he served as Corporate Secretary and a Director from August 2006 to April 2009. From June 1999 to July 2004, Mr. Wang served as vice manager of the pharmaceuticals department of Shenghuo China, where he oversaw the manufacturing operations. Mr. Wang also served as director of the enterprise management department from August 2004 to April 2006 and has served as director of the administration center since May 2006, where he assists in management and executive affairs. Mr. Wang is a director of Lan?s International Medicine Investment Co., Limited, the controlling stockholder of the Company.
