Description Zhi Fang is our Vice President and the President of CNOOC Southeast Asia Limited and is responsible for our businesses in Indonesia. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor degree in science and received a MBA degree from the University of Birmingham in 1995. Mr. Fang joined CNOOC in 1982. He served as Deputy Director of the Research Center of CNOOC Nanhai East Corporation, a subsidiary of CNOOC, Deputy General Manager of CNOOC-AMOCO Liuhua Joint Operating Group, the Deputy General Manager of the Exploration and Development Department of CNOOC Nanhai East Corporation, and the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of CNOOC China Limited, Shenzhen Branch.
