Description Ms. Zhong Ya Li, our new Chief Financial Officer and Director is 30 years old. She holds a university degree in accounting. Ms. Zhong Ya Li previously worked at Xi'an Rising Building Management Co., Ltd as a cashier and the chief accountant from 1999 to 2003. Then she worked for the Xi'an Bio-sep Bio-technique Co., Ltd as their Chief Accountant. In 2006, she was promoted to Vice Chief Financial Officer of Xi'an Bio-sep Bio-technique Co., Ltd. The Board believes that Ms. Zhong has the experience, qualifications, attributes and skills necessary to serve on the Board because of her relevant experience in finance and accounting. Ms. Zhong is not a member of the Board of any other public company or any investment company, neither has she been a member of the boards of directors of such companies for the past five years.
