Description Mr. Zhongkui Cao, age 60, Independent Director. Mr. Cao was elected as a director in April 2007. He is currently the Chief Economist at Baotou Steel. From January 1994 to December 1998, Mr. Cao was President and Chairman of the Board at Baotou Metallurgy Machinery State-owned Asset Management Co.
