Description Zhu Lihao, age 69, is an independent Supervisor of the Supervisory Committee of our Company. Ms. Zhu is a senior auditor and a qualified accountant in the PRC. She graduated from Beijing Graduate School of Mining and Technology with major in engineering economics in 1963. Ms. Zhu served as a Deputy Director General, Director General, Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Communications of the National Audit Bureau of the PRC, and the Director General of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Foreign-related Auditing of the Audit Bureau.
